Poolside Fantasy (2020)

In the beginning of summer of 2020, I was selected out of 23 artists to create a mural for the newly refurbished Courson Park pool in Palmdale, California. I, and my great helpers, Jerry Alonso, Alyssa Brandt, and Chris Minsal worked on this mural for 6 days in the middle of july. ‘Poolside Fantasy’ depicts a beautiful mermaid with long hair flowing in the water, surrounded by lots of kid’s pool toys, just living her best life chilling in the pool with all the other pool goers. This was such an awesome experience, and I learned so much about the mural painting process. I’m very happy with how she came out, and I hope everyone enjoys her as much as i do.
